The new Roommates Wanted NYC socials have only been in Harlem a couple of times recently and the above photos shows the crowd at last month's event via their Facebook site:
LINK. For those who have a room to rent, admission is free and one gets to quickly meet potential flat mates. Those who are looking for a room pay a $5 admission at this event on every 2nd Sunday of each month at Lenox Lounge (Lenox and 124th Street). These guys started out in Brooklyn but Harlem has picked up interest recently and the next social is on December 12th. Check out the Roommates NYC site for more details:

Last month, we had almost half the people with rooms to rent. That's really good. And the rents were the most reasonable of all our events. I love Harlem and I hope to get to that new Laundromat Thai place beforehand --- or Sam's Famous pizza.
