☞ REVIVE: Progress at the Lancaster Lexington
The mixed-income cooperative called the Calvert Lancaster (aka Lancaster Lexington) just started finishing its foundation work back in July and now it looks like the new construction is rising quickly. There's also a Lancaster Madison building that's going up a couple of avenues west but that development seems to be going up more quickly when we last checked: LINK. We took the above photo right before that SRO building at the far left had to be evacuated recently (because of cracks forming from all the construction) so things might slow down a bit in the future: LINK. There doesn't seem to be information out for the Lexington complex but the Lancaster Madison had finished its application process this past fall. Check out this site for more details and sketches for both projects: LINK
