☞ REMEMBER: The First Book of Jazz circa 1955

Langston Hughes wrote a children's book on the history of jazz in 1955 and supplemented it with wonderful drawings by Cliff Roberts.  We haven't read it yet but this look like a great one to have around as part of one's Harlem collection.  The original cover is shown in the first image (click to enlarge) which is different from the most current reprint recently reproduced.
