Bier International on FDB/8th Avenue was the only Harlem beer establishment to make Time Out New York's list of top 50 best spring bars this year. With the news also comes the announcement in the feature that May will be the date that the long awaited "garden" part of the biergarten will arrive. Previous sketches of the successful brew spot always had outdoor seating in mind and this Spring appears to be when it will all happen just north of 113th Street.
