☞ DWELL: The Sedona Serves Up Local History

OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, April 3rd, 1:00 PM-3:00 PM, at The Sedona, 346 East 119th Street, between First and Second Avenue.  The Friday Open House pick is rarely a condo but the Sedona has an interesting event that showcases the neighborhood's old history and new food culture.

For the history part, Christopher Bell (the author of East Harlem Revisited) will be on hand to discuss, sign and raffle off a few copies of his recent book release to some lucky guests.  Hors d’oeurves will also be provided by local restaurants such as Indian eatery Polash,  the Hawaiian-Japanese inspired Makana, El Paso Restaurante Mexicano, and La Tropezienne Bakery.

The Sedona -- with private keyed elevator entry to each apartment ---- went on the market last summer, sold four of the 11 units and has three currently in contract. The four one-bedroom apartments left range from $415,000 to $430,000 which all have access to the building's amenities such as the yoga studio inspired gym and bike room.
