The mansard roof townhouse that formerly belonged to dancer Arthur Mitchell at 517 West 152nd Street is up on the market for $2.5 million and new interior photos now show some impressive upgrades. These images display a pretty sophisticated balance between old and new which is usually hard to pull off. An original stairwell still remains somewhere in the house but the added floating one somehow works out between one of the levels.
