☞ EAT: Harlem Tavern Moves Forward for June
Everyone was a little worried about the progress of the Harlem Tavern at the corner of 116th Street and FDB since a Stop Work Order was slapped on the site last December but now things are progressing along. A new sign up this past weekend announces that June is the set date for the former gas station to have its full conversion into an outdoor eating destination. The hole dug in the ground at the north side of the site apparently had issues with the foundation security of the adjacent building but now a wall has been built up on that corner (click on center photo to enlarge). There are a lot of construction guys at the location presently and things are moving along quickly at this point. Check out our post last year with the final renderings: LINK
