☞ DWELL: 116 West 118th Street in Contract

Another SRO building located adjacent to the Mount Morris Park Historic District has recently gone into contract.  Number 116 West 118th Street started on the market back in August of 2010 and the 20 foot wide building with much of its interior intact went into contract back in March based on the initial asking of $1.39 million.  The townhouse does not have a Certificate of Non Harassment in place so the interested buyer must know what they are doing.  A final selling price should appear in the next month and will reveal a little bit more on how the Harlem SRO market is doing these days.
