☞ READ: Cosby at Hamilton Heights HSA Event
The Harlem School of the Arts nearly closed last year because of financial mismanagement but 2011 appears to be more auspicious for the uptown cultural institution. Bloomberg News was at a dinner party last Tuesday that celebrated the arrival of the school's new Executive Director Yvette L. Campbell (photo via RollingOut.com) and even Bill Cosby made an appearance at the West Harlem event. Food was catered by the Red Rooster and the host house happened to be "The Royal Tenenbaums" residence on Convent Avenue and 144th Street. Guests were treated to a performance by the HSA Choir and Mr. Cosby made introductions on the home's grand stairwell: LINK
