The new construction called the Parkside Flats at 362 St. Nicholas Avenue by 128th Street finished up at the end of 2010 and it looks like there has been some more interests in this development located right by the edge of St. Nicholas Park. One contract was out this past May and it now appear other buyers have come along.
Out of the 17 units listed on Streeteasy, 5 units are now currently in contract at the building that is selling itself as an affordable option on the market:
LINK. Most of the condo consists of 2 bedrooms that are priced well under $500K which makes the asking set at the low $500 per square foot range. There is not much happening in the immediate area but the park is right across the street and the express trains are a quick few blocks south right by the 125th Street commercial corridor.
