The Hamilton Court adaptive reuse building at 545 West 148th Street opened up sales earlier in the year and now appears to have some movement on available listings. According to Streeteasy, the 36-unit building has 7 units available currently and one contract out to date:

The condo conversion (just east of Broadway) in West Harlem includes a rooftop deck, indoor gym and maximizes on the prewar elements of the building according to press but only digital renderings are currently available for viewing. Not a lot of units are available at this point so it seems that this development is still in the preliminary phases.
