The house at 115 West 119th Street has been on the market for about a month now and has an initial asking set at $1.899 million. This brownstone is 18 foot wide, has over 3,122 square foot of space and is set up as 3-family with an owner's duplex. Apparently there is an expired Certificate of Non Harassment for the townhouse and the occupancy for the building is still listed as a Converted Dwelling or Rooming House. The block itself is just west of Lenox and is part of the proposed historic district extension of Mount Morris Park so the housing stock is quite decent.
