☞ DWELL: 371-373 Manhattan Back in Contract
The former church property at 371-373 Manhattan Avenue just went into contract for a third time and hopefully the sale will finally go through. A mosque on FDB and 116th had originally tried to purchase the property back in 2010 when it was up for $2 million but when that deal fell through, the price was lowered to $1.65 million. A contract was out in March this year but the property ended up reappearing on the market in June with a $1.4 million price tag. This third contract went out last week so maybe something will end up happening this time around. The location of this double wide property is right by the South Harlem corridor so one might expect something interesting to come along in the future.
