The white-painted brownstone at 129 West 122nd Street has been all boarded up so that had us questioning was happening to the property located between Lenox and ACP/7th Avenue. Checking up on permits filed earlier this year, it appears that the 8-unit townhouse is going through some major infrastructure work that will replace the floors and joist of the interior. The building is not listed as an SRO and it is unclear if anyone had been living there when the work started. As far as the owner information, HPD is somehow connected with this property on the border of the historic district.
