☞ DWELL: 101 East 101st Street Townhouse
The 16-foot wide corner townhouse in East Harlem at 101 East 101st Street has just hit the market for $1.675 million. Located by the Park Avenue tracks at the point where the trains descend into the ground, the block itself looks to be intact with many townhouses lining the street. The 3-family home does not come with interior photos so one will have to assume some work will be needed on this one. On the other hand, there apparently is a garage situation somewhere on site and the location is close enough to Central Park and the Mount Sinai Hospital developments. With that said, there are a few public housing blocks in the surrounding area which might not be attractive to some. More on the broker site: LINK
