The cafe just below125th Street and Broadway had writing up on its windows a week before it opened and the adjacent ramen noodle shop appear to now be at the same state. Word has it that the same owners of Chokolat Cafe are also responsible for Jin which appears to have the classic Japanese offerings of miso, shoyu, curry, shio and tonkotsu as soup stock for the ramen noodles so this one should be popular with the students in area.
