☞ DWELL: 101 West 121st Street Sold in October
A restored landmark townhouse at 101 West 121st Street was sold back in October based on public records. The 20-foot-wide building adjacent to a church in the Mount Morris Park Historic District just off of Lenox had scaffolding removed from the facade earlier in the year but the building did not seem to be on the open market with any of the larger real estate companies. There appears to be six units in the building altogether so one might of thought that this was purely a rental but apparently the entire 3,510 square foot house has now been purchased for the price of $1.341 million.

Seems like a good deal. Renovated 20-footers sell for over $2 million, right. I walk past there on the way to work - its a nice place. Does the school impact value? How about the church?
ReplyDeleteI agree. I think the buyer got a decent deal here. This block in particular is a really nice one, especially the location close to FDB and Lenox. Regarding the school, I don't think it would have made much difference price wise. The one plus point is less empty shells on the block.
