☞ DWELL: 236 East 111th Street in the Journal
A Wall Street Journal article features the spectacular architect's duplex at 236 East 111th Street in an old converted church. While the 2,400-square-foot space with 31 foot ceiling might be a designer's delight, the architect mentions his dog never got accustom to the space and the property is now on the market for $1.495 million. Looking up on Streeteasy, it appears that that the other more modest duplex in the building sold for $897K back in February of this year and thus a major price difference between the two: LINK.
