☞ DWELL: 2280 ACP Townhouse Reduced

Initial asking prices were high for the corner building at 2280 ACP/7th Avenue a few years ago but now the property is going for just $1.5 million. The 18.4 foot wide corner building at Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard and 134th Street had been on the market for $3.85 million at one point in time but was hovering at around $1.7 million last year.  This red brick townhouse has 6 renovated floors, nearly 5,000 square foot of space and a parking garage at the side of the building. A severely modern blue kitchen is one of the other standouts of the property in Central Harlem but it is a little unclear if this is particularly attractive to buyers.  This former SRO appears to technically now be a single family based on DOB paperwork but some older information still has the rooming house designation still listed.
