A renovated SRO in South Harlem has increased its asking price from $689k to $850K since it debuted on the market last fall.  Number 239 West 120th Street is less than half a block away from the lower FDB corridor and apparently will be delivered vacant.  The 16.6-foot-wide building may be perfect for an owner occupied household according to the listing but any other conversions might be difficult because of the SRO status.   1. They did major renovations to the building about 4 months ago, so perhaps that accounts for the price increase. It is a great location, so close to Bad Horse, Cedric, and all the activity of FDB!
