☞ DWELL: 311 West 126th Street Townhouse
Number 311 West 126th Street is one of the lower priced townhouses on the market with a pretty centralized location. For the asking of $649K, one gets a 17-foot-wide, single-family home with one of the more distinct facades in the neighborhood at a block just by the express trains and 125th Street's commercial corridor. There also apparently is a Certificate of Non Harassment in place. The downside is that the view from this property located between FDB/8th and St. Nicholas is more of an industrial lot than a classic brownstone block. This building is also probably a major renovation job since interior photos are lacking at this point. More details on the broker site: LINK

It's an occupied SRO...
ReplyDeleteIt's not occupied, but it is an SRO. I spoke to the broker 2 weeks ago and the property is already in contract. I just hope that they restore this beautiful piece of architecture so that it doesn't meet the same fate as it's neighbor next door.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean "the same fate" as its neighbor next door? I am planning to purchase a unit at 307. Any advice?
