☞ DWELL: 210 West 112th Street in Contract

Checking up on 210 West 112th reveals that the 4-Story, 2-family brownstone building had a price cut in  January and was reduced to $1.8 million from the original $1.95 million established in September 2011.  This gut renovated building eventually went into contract in May of this year and a closing price is still pending.  The 16-foot-wide building has one triplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with another 3-bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment.
