Walking by the twin brownstone storefronts at 193-195 Lenox Avenue, we noticed that one of them recently converted the commercial space. The top photo shows 193 Lenox which has been up for lease for some time and the lower photo used to be the mirror image neighbor. As one can see, the entrance doors at 195 Lenox have now been removed and new windows have replaced them. Everything is architecturally correct since this is in the landmark district by West 120th Street but it is unfortunate that the shop could not find someone to lease it.
Does anyone know how the upscale men's clothiers just up (down?) the is doing?
