There are not a lot of new condo developments happening in South Harlem so One Morningside Park at the corner of 110th Street will be one to look out for in the next year. This new construction has now surpassed six stories in height but there will be 22 levels when all finishes up. The vast majority of the new units arriving in this section of Harlem right by Morningside Park have sold in the past four years so the lack of supply should work well for One Morningside Park when it debuts by the park.
