A second Hamilton Heights townhouse is in contract at an asking that his equal to some of the houses 20 blocks further south. Number 465 West 143rd Street had a high asking of over $2.7 million earlier on the year but seeing that higher end West Harlem homes were just hitting the $2 million price point, one would conclude that a price cut to $2.55 million made more sense. A buyer signed the contract a couple of weeks ago and this 19 foot wide house looks to have the charming original details intact along with better upgraded finishes.
