Central and West Harlem are not the only uptown neighborhoods catching up on the outdoor seating trend. We walked by Harley's Smokeshack over on East 116th Street this past weekend and notice that the eatery that opened back in 2011 has an outdoor cafe set up now. This BBQ spot over by 1st Avenue has that classic roadhouse look to it and reportedly some of the best ribs in town:
