A true one-bedroom, brownstone apartment with a back terrace has just arrived on the market for $1,680 a month. There is a bit of exposed brick and the interior has new finishes in the kitchen and baths but transportation is a bit slower in this part of town. A station for the 1 Train is only a block away but this is unfortunately not an express line. Folks on this side of town have to go about 5 stops to get to the 96th express line and thus a midtown commute can take well over 20 minutes if the connections are not made immediately. The block is also decent enough but the bustling Broadway corridor in this area does not have a lot of better amenities:

Even with the patio it doesn't look worth $1680 per month. Kitchen looks real small and the fireplace actually looks out-of-place.
