Finding a Harlem brownstone in good condition under the $2 million mark is not an easy task these days but Number 141 West 132nd Street could fit the bill for some at an asking of $1.8 million. On the exterior, everything is intact but the interior is a basic, white wall renovation with moderate finishes. The blocks in the 130s around Lenox have some great brownstones lining the streets but there are still a few shells or empty lots that do not seem to be moving along towards restoration any time soon. With that said, prices are still going up so maybe the incentive to have these blocks completely restored may come sooner than later. More details can be found on the broker site:
