Another home on 141st Street in Hamilton Heights is up for sale at number 464 but is substantially lower in price at $2.9 million. We mentioned that a very similar townhouse a couple of doors down just went up on the market for a
record $4.2 million which is a huge $1.3 million price gap. Number 464 in the meantime appears to have even more original details in great condition and also updated contextual baths. Both townhouses interestingly enough had been previously used as Bed and Breakfast situations. There is an open house this weekend for those interested:
