DWELL: RECORD ASKING PRICE AT 141ST STREET
Record sales in Harlem have been hovering around $3.5 million range in the past year but Number 458 West 141st Street is now on the market asking for $4.2 million. The 5-family home is in good condition with original details but contemporary kitchen and baths have been added as modern upgrades. This block of Hamilton Height is definitely nice enough and wedged in between one of the best landmark districts in the city so will this be the one to break the $4 million mark in Greater Harlem? nope.
ReplyDeleteMagnificent street scape, love these barrel fronted homes. As for the first $4 mil sale, it is just a matter of time.
ReplyDeleteWay too much for this price in this area. I'm a huge proponent of Harlem and upper manhattan but this price tag is just a little much. Totally unrealistic.
