Apparently studios in Harlem are now hitting around the $1,500 price point since it is getting harder to find much below that number in a decent location. Number 2368 7th Avenue is part of the Strivers Row Historic District between 138th and 139th Street and the moderately renovated studio apartment is trying to set a new standard in Central Harlem at $1,500 a month. We will pinpoint some of the better rent options this week but those who are interested in this apartment can check out the listing here:
