EAT: ARTISAN SLIDERS AT HOGSHEAD TAVERN

We have been to Hogshead Tavern twice in the past week since the food menu has launched and recently tried out the artisan sliders offered as part of the bar menu.  Most everything on the menu is around the $10 price point and really is a more like an adult snack offering to go along with the 20 craft beers on draft or the wine selection at hand.  We had tried the original menu last week but things keep evolving for the better and the pretzel roll angus beef bites are some of the best we have tasted uptown.  There is a also pulled pork option that we have yet to discover and a chili that has just been added caught our eye for maybe a colder night ahead.   The great thing about Hogshead Tavern is that it really looks like a  higher end establishment but prices are reasonable enough for casual dining and just generally hanging out.  We actually will probably have one more outing this week at the bespoke pub while catching up with a local designer.  Read more about Hoghead Tavern in our past post: LINK
