REVIVE: COMBINED RESIDENTIAL AT 318 WEST 115TH
The townhouse that was once owned by Raven Chanticleer and housed The African American Wax Museum will apparently become a bigger residential building. Based on permits out front, the former SRO building will now become one with the adjacent townhouse and will contain within up to 6 apartments when all is completed. We are not sure if this new development will be a condos or rentals but just the fact that these homes will be restored is good news in itself.
