A vacant retails space just north of 118th Street on Fifth Avenue will now be the home of a new co-working office space. Harlem Garage also on 118th, but a little further west by 8th Avenue, pioneered the concept but it looks like the idea is catching on these days. There will also be another similar setup with WeWorks when the Bed Bath & Beyond building opens up on 125th Street:
