Number 464 West 141st Street has now been reduced to $2.5 million from the original $2.9 million asking which makes the limestone townhouse one of the more sharply priced homes that have original details and is completely renovated. We mentioned that a very similar townhouse a couple of doors down is up on the market for a record $4 million but Number 464 appears to be more contextual within the interior. Both historic homes interestingly enough had been previously used as Bed and Breakfast situations so the layouts might have to be switched around for those seeking a single-family situation. Hamilton Heights has seen huge jump in new better businesses this year and the express subway on 145th Street gets one to midtown somewhere just north of 10 minutes.
