SHOP: JONATHAN CASTRO AT BOCONCEPT

We have been introducing some great  local design talent this year while curating Sugar Hill Market and discovered a Harlem ceramicist Jonathan Castro via Instagram (which apparently is the best way to connect visually through social media these days).  With his contemporary take on organic forms in nature, we immediately saw a standout in the pottery world and the young artist has been doing well uptown now with each new collection presented.  This year also ended up with some more good news for the Puerto Rican potter since we were just informed that Mr. Castro will have his pieces now at BoConcept on 57th Street which is one of the most notable high end modern home furnishings retailer in the city.
