UPDATE: Streeteasy has this property still listed on the market while the broker site has the home listed as now sold but that is based on an older broker site from a previous sale years ago.
Number 113 West 120th Street has been on the market just over a month and has had a substantial price cut. This 2-family home within the proposed Mount Morris Park Historic District extension debuted in November with an asking price of $3.75 million but has since gone down to $3.55 million. At a very attractive 20-foot wide and having quite a bit of original details inside, this classic brownstone in one of Harlem's most coveted historic district is priced on the high end but the recent the price cut now closely reflects what the top end of the market is going for these days. Upgrades to the kitchen and bath are more on the contemporary side here but have some great classic details such as marble counters and a new cast iron tub: LINK
Listing shows it as sold and closed.
ReplyDeleteI live on the block. The property is still on the market, being marketed by Raveis. The link above is old (from 2008 I believe). Gorgeous home with well-preserved original details and a great block.
ReplyDeleteThat's the old broker site from the previous time it was up for sale. Current broker listing has it still for sale.
ReplyDeleteThe post has been updated with the Streeteasy link which is apparently correct. A broker link on the same listing appears to be from a previous sale which closed a couple of years ago.
