ReplyDeleteActually the property was priced correctly as it needs at least $500K+/- to renovate depending on the buyers needs and preferences. I would say more. The $2M ask is the reason we received multiple offers. Bear in mind the pictures online are virtually staged to attract buyers. Since the property is church owned court and attorney general approval is required once the buyer obtains a bank commitment letter which can take approximately 3-6 months thereafter before we can close.
