REVIVE: M & G DINER SIGN AT STREETBIRD
A Bespoke tip arrived to our inbox last night with a photo of the old M & G sign at the corner of 116th Street and FDB. This is of course from Harlem's oldest diner that shuttered a few years back and Marcus Samuelsson salvaged some of the store facade when it was being dismantled. We had assumed that this neon signage would have been installed at the Red Rooster but Streetbird Rotisserie will apparently be the home for this piece of historic Harlem. For more on the old M & G, check out our past post: LINK

Saw this on Harlem Bespoke, and then noticed later on that both Marcus Samuelsson and Nigella Lawson put this pic on their instagram and twitter acconts.
