DWELL: 17 EAST 128TH STREET TOWNHOUSE
One of Harlem's oldest residential homes is up for sale at 17 East 128th Street for $3.7 million. This Civil War era single-family house built in 1864 is a prime example of what a restored wood frame building would look like if all of the details have been renovated correctly and the address is an official New York City landmark. Without any photos of the interiors, there is not much else to say about the property except that it is on a quiet residential block just east of Fifth Avenue. More on the broker site: LINK
