Number 423 West 154th Street sold just at the end of December according to public records for $1.7 million. This also appears to be a flip situation since the 4-family located between St. Nicholas and Amsterdam exchanged ownership earlier in the year but still needs a gut renovation. The generous 21-foot-wide townhouse is part of a unique matching set of homes in Sugar Hill and apparently has original details within but has some unfortunate yellow faux brick siding on the facade. If the new owners restores this one correctly, we can definitely imagine the home value really increasing for this charming address.
