DWELL: 55 WEST 130TH STREET IN CONTRACT
After being on the market for just about a month, the large 20-foot-wide home at 55 West 130th Street has a contract out based on the initial asking price of $2.695 million. This single-family home on the north side of Astor Row does not have the most contextual renovations but is move-in ready and can easily be remodeled. Compared to the poorly maintained SRO (which also lacks Certificates) just a couple of doors down going for $3 million, this is quite the deal.
