There used to be a listing for 106 Edgecombe a couple of months ago for $2.2 million but now the 2-family home on the cusp of Central Harlem is up for $3.5 million. We have walked by the gut renovation in progress and the finishes do appear to be on the higher end but the building is just a modest 16-foot wide. With that said, this part of Edgecombe just north of 139th is still intact with brownstones and is quite nice although not in one of the notable historic districts to be found uptown.
