$2.35 million. The latest news now is that in under 3 weeks times, the single-family home on a great landmark block that is close to the express train lines now has a contract out. A lot of valuable original details are also intact within and the interior looks more renovated than some really shabby homes asking for $3 million in Harlem. We expect the final closing to be a little bit higher than the asking but this townhouse was definitely priced right in our opinion. More in our past post:
