Number 246 Lenox Avenue arrived on the market back in March for $3 million, had a price increase to $3.3 million a couple of months later and now is off the market. This large 22-foot-wide townhouse within the Mount Morris Park Historic District has a renovated interior with some original details but the exterior probably could be restored a little more. The 2-family by 122nd Street otherwise is in one of the most desirable areas of Central Harlem and just a couple of blocks away from the new Whole Foods which will be completed by next year. We assume that this was a quick sale based on the price increase but do not have any data on the closing number at this point. More on Streeteasy:

We heard that the sale was only of the top 3 floors, and that the owner expected the buyer to file a condo plan.
