A single-family brownstone in the Mount Morris Park neighborhood was up on the market earlier this month for the asking of $3.25 million and now has a contract out. Number 103 West 122nd Street was gut renovated just over a decade ago and has a beautiful garden out back but original details are lacking within. With that said, the townhouse is just a couple of blocks away from the new Whole Foods being constructed on Lenox which is also by the 125th Street express train station.
