DWELL: 321 WEST 136TH STREET REDUCED
After arriving on the market last month for the asking of $2.65 million, the former stable house at 321 West 136th Street has now been reduced to $2.495 million. The single-family home just east of St. Nicholas Park is modest in size but also has a driveway on site but the listing apparently wants to sell it off as a development site. There are no photos of the interior which furthers the point but this townhouse would be of great value if restored inside and out. More on Streeteasy: LINK
