The 2-family fixer upper at 472 West 145th Street in Hamilton Heights was originally on the market a month ago for $2.75 million and now has been reduced to $2.5 million. This location is just a couple of blocks away from the express trains by St. Nicholas Avenue and is adjacent to the historic district surrounding Convent Avenue but the townhouses on the block look a like they need a bit of work both inside and out. Valuable original details still remain within and better amenities are definitely arriving in the area but the boarded up next door neighbor is quite a distraction.
