DWELL: 142 WEST 132ND STREET ON MARKET

A developer just finished up replicating a brownstone on an abandoned lot at 142 West 132nd Street and now the building is up on the market for just under $3 million.  Interior photos also show that the woodwork within has also been added back and is a great example on how duplicating historic millwork can pretty much bring back some of the missing charm in any brownstone.  Each of the fireplaces also function but are more efficient gas models.  Check out more of the interior photos on Streeteasy: LINK
