A developer just finished up replicating a brownstone on an abandoned lot at 142 West 132nd Street and now the building is up on the market for just under $3 million. Interior photos also show that the woodwork within has also been added back and is a great example on how duplicating historic millwork can pretty much bring back some of the missing charm in any brownstone.
