REVIVE: WHAT'S NEXT AT THE CORN EXCHANGE?

The 120-year-old Corn Exchange Building has been fully restored this year on 125th Street and Park Avenue after decades of neglect but still has not found an anchor tenant.  Five floors formerly used for apartments are now offered up as office spaces and two floors on the ground level are set aside for commercial use.  One of the main advantages of this location is that the Metro North Station is also at the same corner and Harlem's tallest residential building will also rise just across the street in the coming years.  What should arrive at this corner of Harlem?
